About Shonda...

I am native born to Los Angeles, Ca. I studied at College of the Sequoias, in Tulare County, where I received my A.A. degree in Criminal Justice.

I have lived, worked, and played in the Inland Empire for fifteen years, which has given me firsthand knowledge of the area, that I have come to admire and specialize in.

For Ten years I have worked as a Accounts Payable Manager, at a Builders Supply Corporation, that has given me extensive and professional training. With these traits instilled in me, it has given me, the opportunity to branch out and incorporate my knowledge of the industry, with my love for Real Estate.

It is my goal to stay current with Real Estate education, as well as market conditions, bringing to my client; the latest technology to sell their home at the maximum value, and for buyers to experience the look on there face, when we have found, what is now called home.

I am a firm believer that, each transaction handled by me, needs to be treated with, what I call the Rose Effect, meaning that, what you can expect from me, is service parallel to the growth of a Rose; I am at your side from “Bud to Bloom”.

I am your “Realtor”, a member of associations at local, State, and the National level.

My personal interests include: spending time with my Family, Traveling, jet skiing, Basketball, and Football.
